Be it resolved that: a violation of Article 3, Section 8 should be reported to a member of the Board of  Trustees.

First Offense: $200
Second Offense: $500
Third and Subsequent Offenses: $1,000 per violation

Fines will be added to the homeowner’s annual assessment. Failure to pay may result in additional actions as determined by the Board. Please note that offenses are not reset annually—a second offense may occur years after a first offense and still result in the higher fine. This policy aims to support the safety and well-being of all residents, especially during holiday weekends. Please celebrate responsibly and help keep our common areas safe for everyone.
