Fireworks Regulations

Be it resolved that: Article 3, Section 8 of the Declaration of Dedication, referring to “explosive devices” shall be interpreted as including explosive fireworks.

Be it resolved that: a violation of Article 3, Section 8 should be reported to a member of the Board of Trustees. The first violation shall result in a warning. The second violation shall result in a $50 fine. The third violation shall result in a $100 fine. The fourth and all subsequent violations shall result in a $200 fine. All fines will be attached to the homeowner’s assessment.
